Online registration portal will be made available between July 1 and August 15, 2017. Guidelines to be announced.


Registration fees

Four categories as below :

  • a) $60 - Residents in ASEAN countries (except Laos, Cambodia, Myanmar, Vietnam and Timor Leste)
  • b) $30 - Residents in Laos, Cambodia, Myanmar, Vietnam and Timor Leste
  • c) $100 - Residents in other than ASEAN countries
  • d) $30 - Students

Payment method, cancellation policy and other relevant details and guidelines to be announced. E-payment portal will be made available with the registration process.

Travel grant :

SEASIA 2017 Conference organizers will provide limited number of partial travel grants for panel participants who are unable to secure funding from their respective institutions and other sources. Application guidelines will be provided.

Travel grant information for panel presenters will be made available within July, 2017. Please note that all participants need to register first, before being able to apply for a travel grant by SEASIA co-organizers. Registration portal will be made available between July 1 and August 15, 2017.
